The new managers are great! Really friendly place at a decent price- the renovated units are a good deal. Gas stoves are HUGE and the place feels very homey and cozy. Newly renovated floors and carpets make the place seem clean and nice.
I have been living here for about 4 months now and I have to say that I love it here. The remodeled apartments are spacious and comfortable. It's a great neighborhood which is near downtown yet relatively quiet at night. It's a two minute walk to the public library which is amazing.
